Job Description	We are looking for a proposal sales person for this position. You will be responsible for informing customers who have booked a timeshare sales presentation about the appeal of timeshare and encourage them to purchase a timeshare. You will not be looking for new clients and can concentrate on proposal work. ・ You enjoy talking to people ・ You like to travel ・ You are cheerful and positive ・ You are resourceful Able to take action
Compensation	Hourly $18.00 [Compensation detail] Base salary ＋ Incentive with a target income amount of $90,000. Some employees significantly exceed $90,000 depending on individual sales performance. ☆ There is also an entry-level bonus depending on location and experience.
Raise / Bonus	Bonuses are included in the incentive plan.
Holidays	・ 2 full weekends We are looking for someone who can work on weekends and holidays. ・ 22 days annual paid vacation in the first year Increases with years of service. ・ Sick leave 5 days per year （ Paid ） This is separate from paid vacation.
