The instructor is Risako Watanabe, Adult Developmental Psychologist ・ and Fellow of the Coaching Institute at Harvard Medical School. From her experience in providing executive training ・ coaching for leaders in the public and private sectors around the world, she will teach communication, especially feedback methods, to foster autonomy in adolescents ・ and middle and high school students based on leadership theory and adult learning theory.
