Housemate wanted （ La Mesa) Long term

A room in a house is available and I am looking for a housemate to live in it for at least 3 months. The room will be furnished.

La Mesa area, 5 min walk to Lake Murray, 10 min drive to SDSU, Freeway 8 nearby. Bus stop is an 8 minute walk and trolley station is a 20 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are very conveniently located nearby.

We are looking for someone who can be quiet on weekdays and who can keep the place clean. No smoking is allowed indoors.
