コンピューターがフリーズします

引越ししてケーブル会社をCOXからTime Warnerに変えて以来、インターネット使用中に頻繁にフリーズするようになりました。Time Warnerに電話して言われたことを試しても治りません。
どなたか同じような経験をされた方、またはコンピューターに詳しい方、解決方法をご存知ありませんか？
