Our church was founded in 1930 and is a Protestant church belonging to the Oriental Mission ・ Holiness Church of North America.
The Holiness Order of North America was founded in 1921, and today has over 2000 members in both English and Japanese.

It is related to the Methodist Church （ started by John ・ Wesley in England in the 18th century ） and to Aoyama Gakuin in Japan.
And, like other Protestant churches, it makes as its confession of faith the Apostles' Creed （ Apostles Creed ） which has been confessed since the 3rd century.
