とある会社に直接採用されました・

もし、その会社を辞めると決めた際。
まだ３ヶ月間のProvationが終わっていない場合は、
2wks Noticeでなくてもすぐにやめることはできるのですか？

すぐにやめる事は可能かもしれません。
でも、もしトピ主さんが他のお仕事にアプライする際に、以前の雇用主にreference checkをされた場合に、良いreferenceを受けられない可能性もあるかもしれません。
もっともこれは個人の状況によって異なるので、一概には言えませんが…。
