    ■About Akemi Yamamoto
    Ms. Yamamoto grew up in the rich natural environment of Miyazaki Prefecture, and based on her original experiences, has pursued the creation of spaces based on "healing" and "warming culture".
    After working for a major Japanese computer company, he became independent. After working in the design business, he moved into the wellness field.

    In 2002, he opened the first Rirakuen body care salon in Fukuoka.
    Subsequently, the company opened more than 20 stores in Japan as a combined wellness facility integrating bedrock bath, aromatherapy, massage, and yoga. Furthermore, we became the first company in the Japanese relaxation industry to go public, leading the development of the industry.

    Currently based in Los Angeles, we are expanding our wellness and space design ・ development business in Japan and the U.S., and expanding our activities to California and Texas.

    As a new initiative, we are preparing for the opening of the South Bay Wellness Club （ Gym ・ Recovery ・ Healthy Eating ）, a membership-based wellness facility, at the end of July 2026.
